Joseph Barnicki founded DELUNA Technologies, LLC, in Gulf Breeze, Florida in summer 2011. Joe arrived to Pensacola in November 1998 to support a 16-week contract upgrading Navy Air
Traffic Control Simulators. After 13 years of smashing success designing, modifying and building simulators, Joe decided to undertake his own business venture providing High Tech engineering services to civilian and defenses industries.
Over the last 26 years, Joe has worked for NASA, and both large (Northrop, PRC and Ball Systems Engineering Division) and small (SYMVIONICS, Quartic Engineering, NSI and Verac) defense contractors. He found his niche in the small business environment and he embodies the small business attitude. His mantra has always been that it is more important to get the job done correctly by working with and always addressing his customer’s needs.
DELUNA is structured and staffed to support customers of all sizes, unique needs, short-fused schedules and limited budgets. At DELUNA Technologies, we firmly believe:

Joe named his company after the Spanish conquistador Don Tristán de Luna y Arellano, the founder of the great city of Pensacola. His settlement was one of the first European settlements in what is now the continental United States, and his legacy is ever-present throughout Pensacola.
